Gecko Contracting developed a culturally inclusive, nature-based community play space for the Salvation Army in Morley, designed to encourage outdoor engagement and community interaction.
The project included earthworks, installation of play structures and cubbies, softfall mulch, irrigation works, landscaping and construction of concrete pathways, delivered within a constrained access environment.

The upgraded playground now offers a secure and stimulating environment for children and families supported by The Salvation Army. With lush turf, well-defined play zones, and inviting greenery, the space provides room for fun, relaxation, and community connection. Delivered with care and attention to detail, the project was delivered on time and within budget, achieving a high-quality finish and providing a welcoming, community-focused recreational space.
